Do I have to pay commission and a subscription?+
Only the Pro subscription is recurring. Commission is performance-based — paid only when a loan actually funds. Starter users can also earn referral commissions without any subscription.
Can I switch between Starter and Pro at any time?+
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade instantly with no penalty. Your data, pipeline and email history are always retained.
How is the lead score calculated?+
We score from 0–100 based on annual revenue, years in business, requested amount, business type, contact completeness and the quality of the loan-purpose description. The full algorithm is transparent — you can see every component in the lead detail view.
Do you provide an API?+
